This initiative will deliver modern, affordable housing and vibrant support spaces designed to elevate the student experience, foster academic success and strengthen community connections.

What’s Happening?

This transformative initiative includes:

New Construction:

South Hill: 412 new beds for graduate and married-family students

Renovations:

Theophilus Residence Building: 401 updated beds and modernized shared spaces to inspire collaboration, recreation, and community.
Wallace Residence Center: 1070 updated beds to create contemporary undergraduate student housing.
